Simply put, Cabernet Sauvignon is the backbone of our American wine culture. It is likely as much a part of our wine upbringing as it is yours—and for good reason.

Here is a classic example of Cabernet Sauvignon that illustrates how well this grape varietal performs on our estate. In this bottle you’ll discover black currant, red currant and black cherry fruit flavors, as well as savory characteristics including tobacco, cedar, mint and espresso. There is certainly plenty of structure to back up the fruit and this wine will likely please even the most sophisticated wine palates.

Estate Zinfandel

The Zinfandel grape has been a cornerstone of the California viticulture scene since the mid-19th century. Historically, it has been determined that this grapes origin can be traced back to vines found in both Italy and Croatia.

Our cool climate Zinfandel maintains an elegance that is hard to find in California. The red plum, blackberry and blueberry flavors make up the dense core of this wine, which is uplifted by refreshing acidity. The finish of this Zinfandel reveals a great juicy texture and length.

Red Blend

Vintners blend juice from different grapes in order to add more complexity to the flavor and texture of a wine. Another reason for blending is to achieve more balanced flavor characteristics.

Hardly shy on flavor, this wine is loaded with an assortment of dark fruits including boysenberry, Asian plum and black currant. Due to the blending process the fruit is well integrated and balanced with its structural components. Mature flavors are a clear indication that this wine is ready to drink.
